Fleet Maintenance Office is well established in Richards Bay, having been helping to take care of the needs of the visiting and local fleet for over 20 years, we are the oldest established yacht maintenance service provider in Richards Bay, and widely acknowledged to be the best. We are unashamed perfectionists and while there are always cheaper & less reputable operators who come & go, we are available for the boat owners who want their work done properly, boat owners who want coherent, knowledgeable, experienced, professional & accountable service. We can assist with all of your needs on board. We typically take a "turn-key" approach, whenever this is needed, and can manage your entire project, looking after your whole job-list. Fleet Maintenance Office assists boatowners with: Fiberglass and advanced composites work, electrical, rigging, plumbing, painting & brightwork, engines, stainless steel & aluminium fabrication, refrigeration...........everything, and we do it according to established best practice at the lowest cost possible for top quality work.

We have well established relationships with suppliers of all necessary equipment and are appointed agents for Yanmar, Nanni Diesel, Flexofold, Fischer Panda, Schenker Watermakers, North Sails and Associated Rigging. We have a close relationship with the nearest Volvo agency and can easily arrange a visit by an accredited Volvo technician. We have reliable suppliers for Victron, Furuno, Raymarine, Simrad, Garmin, Cummins Onan and most brands of premium gear. We are able to supply all requirements at competitive prices.

If any vessel heading for our coast has specific needs, we are available to correspond with these vessels, discuss your needs and prepare for your arrival, in order to minimise turnaround times for the work required, this strategy has proved most successful in the past and we can have necessary spare parts ordered and awaiting vessels on arrival.
